This is a charming studio apartment in the centre of Sabinillas, situated amongst the shops, supermarkets, tapas bars of the bustling village, and of course, the sandy beach. The apartment is a super, easily maintained bolthole or "pied-a-terre" in the heart of the seaside village of Sabinillas. Sabinillas, is situated 10 minutes drive west of Estepona and a short walk along the promenade to the picturesque marina of Puerto de la Duquesa. This property would make a great little holiday retreat, a short walk to all amenities. This first floor property is served by lift and security entrance and comprises of: a spacious living area incorporating seating and dining areas, a sleeping area and an open plan fitted kitchenette.  The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, w.c. and washbasin. The apartment is compact and some simple modern updates could easily enhance the character of this property further, but not essential. There is a good size, south facing, covered terrace which looks down to the street below. There is a sun awning to give respite from the summer sun and has potential to install glass curtains, to enable more space if required.
